Originally from southern California, Ken is in demand by many dealers in the southwest for high-end performance piano work. He studied under technicians who tuned for Artur Rubinstein, Van Cliburn, Liberace, Sammy Davis Jr., Broadway shows, and CBS in New York City.
Ken has worked with 10 dealers in the past 47 years representing all the major piano brands. Ken has been the choice of Schimmel the past 17 years to prepare their show pianos for the NAMM trade show in California every January.
Ken is the certified Yamaha performance piano technician for the greater Phoenix area. Although Ken is in demand for concert work and services recording studios, schools and churches; most of his work is in people's homes. He always looks forward to meeting new clients who he can help increase their enjoyment of music by putting their pianos in the best condition possible.
Ken is a fine musician and plays lead trumpet in two bands. He has performed for celebrities such as Barbra Steisand and Danny Kaye.
